This policy explains what the Motorbook app and this website collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to hello@motorbook.app.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, or the basic profile shared when you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Vehicle records you enter: vehicles, fuel, maintenance, repair, modification and insurance records, notes, and photos you upload.
• Quick entry input: the text or receipt photos you submit to have a record drafted for you.

How we use it

Your data is used only to run the app for you: storing and syncing your records, calculating fuel economy and spending, and drafting records from quick entry. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

Records and photos are stored with our database and hosting provider, Supabase. Quick entry text and photos are sent to an AI model provider to draft the record. This website is hosted on Cloudflare.

Your choices

You can edit or delete any record in the app. To delete your account and all of its data, email hello@motorbook.app from the address on your account and we will remove it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
